My Surf Biz. Is it a scam ?

Just purchased MySurfBiz through a members site and I never received it.
Beware of people who offer you something and don`t give you what you pay for.

I have escalated the dispute with Paypal. So let`s see what happens !

    same here i got sent a link in my email to some out of country webinar...? weird or what...but i see alot of great reviews on google so hopefully it pulls through...
